Our lawful basis of processing this data is one of contract and, for the health information, the provision of health-related services physiotherapy. This information is collected through online forms, in-person consultations, and medical records from other healthcare providers. We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with quality healthcare services. 

Use of your Personal Information 

We may need to share personal data with other medical professionals involved in your treatment e.g. your GP or Consultant and will obtain your consent at the time to share your personal data with these parties. Your information may also be used for administrative purposes like billing and scheduling appointments. We do not use your personal information for marketing unless you explicitly consent.
